On July 26, 2025, Sahayogi Nepal successfully hosted a nutrition and health program in Nepal to support underserved families. This community-focused event directly benefited 150 older people and 250 children and mothers, totaling 400 individuals who received both nutritious food and essential medical care.

To make this event impactful, our dedicated team worked on the ground with care and commitment. The health team included 2 doctors, 1 nurse, 1 pharmacist, and 4 volunteers, all of whom provided personalized attention to every participant.

👵 Older people:

• Had their blood pressure and sugar levels checked

• Received general health consultations

• Got advice on ongoing medication and lifestyle

👩‍👧 Children and mothers:

• Took part in weight and nutrition screenings

• Learned about hygiene and wellness

• Received practical nutritional tips, especially for growing children

In addition to medical support, we handed out well-balanced food packages containing rice, pulses, vegetables, and other essentials. These packages aimed to improve the families’ nutritional intake beyond the event day.

Thanks to the MAÏA BAUDELAIRE FOUNDATION, we were able to reach more people and deliver services effectively. Their support provided the financial and moral boost we needed to conduct this program successfully.
