Sahayogi Nepal successfully conducted its Regular Monthly Program on May 24, 2025, in Lalitpur Metropolitan-18, focusing on Nutrition Food Distribution and Health Check-Up. This community-driven initiative aimed to improve health and nutritional outcomes for vulnerable families, especially children and the elderly.

The program was not just about giving—it was about building healthier communities. As a result, over 300 individuals benefited from free food packages and health services. This effort contributes directly to our long-term mission of ensuring inclusive and sustainable development in Nepal.

Program Highlights

• • Nutrition Food Distribution:
    To combat food insecurity, we distributed essential food items such as rice, lentils, seasonal fruits, vegetables, and protein-rich foods like eggs. In addition, special attention was given to the dietary needs of children and pregnant mothers.

  • Free Health Check-Up:
    In collaboration with medical volunteers, we provided free health services to over 200 residents. These included blood pressure checks, eye exams, basic screenings, and general health consultations. Moreover, attendees received guidance on follow-up care and nutrition.

  • Health & Hygiene Awareness:
    To reinforce healthy living, our team conducted awareness sessions. These sessions covered topics such as hygiene practices, disease prevention, and daily nutrition. Furthermore, we distributed leaflets and answered common health questions.
